San Pietro is the main district. The only sandy beach on the island is Cala degli Zimmari, reachable by turning left after following the main road. With a 20-minute walk, you can reach the Drautto area among prickly pears and rock formations called “spines”. From here begins the path to Capo Milazzese and Cala Junco. At Capo Milazzese, a stop at the prehistoric village is a must. Cala Junco is one of the most beautiful coves of the entire archipelago: a natural pool of transparent water that takes on different colors based on the light and sun rays.
